Returns Policy

Returns or concerns are always a pain in the ass for everyone. This awkward conversation that we would really prefer not to have with you because we don’t like it when something goes wrong. But it’ll be way more awkward if we don’t give this proper attention don’t you think? We want you to be happy & satisfied. If you know us, you’ll know that we’ll do just about everything in our power to make sure that you are taken good care of. But at the end of the day, we’re limited by the policies of our suppliers and manufacturers. And unless we want to go out of business, our own policies have to reflect these limitations. So please read our return policy carefully.

Our general warranty, Returns & Store credit

We prioritize customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience with us. With that in mind, we would like to inform you about our return policy for sealed items. If you have purchased an item that is still sealed and in its original packaging, you have the option to return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase. However, it is important to note that you must present the receipt when processing the return, and the product serial number must match the serial number on the receipt. If your item is covered under our shop warranty, you have the added benefit of being eligible to exchange it for a sealed item of the same SKU, a SKU of equal value, or receive store credit. We are pleased to inform you that, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, which is obtained by you after purchase, we offer a general warranty that comes into effect immediately after you purchase a product from us. This warranty remains valid for a duration of 30 calendar days. However, we kindly advise that you inspect all products, especially open or display items that you purchase at discounted prices, for wear and tear, scuffs, scratches, or any other damages that may void your warranty.

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for devices that have been misused or visibly damaged since none of our suppliers accept them. Not covered by our general warranty

Firstly, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for selecting our products among the many available options. Furthermore, we appreciate the time and effort you put into reviewing our warranty policy, and we want to provide you with a more detailed explanation regarding the coverage.

We understand that a comprehensive warranty policy is essential to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, we are sorry to inform you that specific products and consumable items are not included in the general warranty. These include e-liquids, tanks, coils, batteries, accessories, and parts. Please take note that the exclusion of these products is in line with standard industry practices.

We also want to clarify that damage resulting from improper usage of a product, water damage, heat damage, visual signs of damage, abuse, wear and tear, and cosmetic issues such as tank leaks, dry hits, or shorted coils are not covered by the warranty. We apologize if these limitations have caused you any inconvenience.

It is important to mention that if the product is functioning as expected, there is no coverage for instances where you have changed your mind or modified the product. Additionally, software issues and using an improper or damaged battery in the device are also not included in the general warranty. Lastly, we would like to emphasize that clearance or display items are excluded from our warranty policy.

The first reason for our troubleshooting process is that many warranty claims are not actually due to defective units. Instead, they may be simple issues that can be resolved quickly and easily. By troubleshooting the issue, we can save you time and hassle.

Secondly, in order to process returns with our suppliers and manufacturers, we must meet their specific conditions. This includes ensuring that the device matches the number on the original box. If you no longer have the box, you may not be covered under warranty.

To identify the issue, we will conduct a general inquiry to determine when the problem first arose and if it can be replicated. We will also perform a visual inspection to check for any exterior damage, battery issues, and signs of water or fire damage. Additionally, we may need to test the device with different tanks and batteries to determine if the issue persists.

We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we want to remind you that this process may take up to 30 minutes if you visit our store. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to provide you with the best possible service.

Final Sale Vape Products

We take our responsibility as a vaping retailer seriously, which is why we want to ensure that our return policy is as clear as possible. We understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned and you may need to return a product. However, we also need to be transparent about what items we can and can’t accept for returns or exchanges.

It is important to note that due to the nature of vape products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any used or open vape products. We would also like to highlight that certain items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. These items include e-juice, tanks, coils, drip tips, rebuildable products (such as coil wire, cotton, RDA, and RBA), batteries and accessories.
